We are looking for a manufacturer for the mouthpiece of our coronavirus breathalyzer.

We are preparing to mass produce our coronavirus breathalyzer, potentially the fastest, easiest and most affordable COVID-19 test. The disposable mouthpiece is an essential part of the device. It is replaced between every test. We are now looking for a company that can help us with the exact design and mass production of the mouthpiece as swiftly as possible.

The mouthpiece needs to fit the round connection at the top of the DSA Analyzer. Diameter of the hole is 32 mm.

Main criteria for the design is:

• No return valve inside the mouthpiece to prevent air from flowing back
• Oval shaped front for more comfortable use
• Materials should be as environmentally friendly as possible
• The product and materials must become certified by medical device standards
• We welcome innovative design and material suggestions
